1. If I buy one ticket, can I enter the exhibition on all days?

The purchased ticket entitles you to a single entry to the exhibition on a specific day and time.

2. Do I need to bring my glasses?

3D glasses are rented on site, included in the ticket price

3. Should the glasses be returned after the exhibition?

After viewing the exhibition, glasses should be disposed of at the exit at the indicated place.

4. Can I take children to the exhibition?

Yes, children up to a certain age have free admission to the exhibition, but it depends on the city where it takes place and the rules of entry to parallel events.

5. Is it possible to purchase a group ticket?

Yes, group/school tickets can be purchased online for a minimum of 11 people.

6. Is it possible to use the cloakroom?

Due to current guidelines, the cloakroom is unavailable.

7. If I come to the exhibition without purchasing a ticket online, can I buy it at the ticket office?

Due to current guidelines, tickets can only be purchased online, through the ticket office www.tobilet.pl, while on-site staff will help you purchase a ticket online.  

8. If someone buys a ticket online, does he have to wait in line?

Purchased tickets entitle you to entry on the day and time indicated on the ticket. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour to collect your 3D glasses.

9. Do online tickets have to be printed? 

Online tickets do not need to be printed, they can be shown/scanned in an on-screen reader.

10. I bought a ticket online and forgot to take it from home, will I be able to enter the exhibition?

You just need to show the ticket on the screen of e.g. your phone. Without presenting the ticket, it is not possible to enter the exhibition.

11. What should I do if the online ticket does not arrive in my e-mail?

If you have paid for the ticket correctly, please be patient - you should receive a message with the attached tickets immediately after the payment is confirmed. You should also check the SPAM folder in your e-mail.

12. Is it possible to return purchased tickets?

It is not possible to obtain a refund for purchased tickets if the reason for the refund is the buyer's fault (incorrectly selected event date, incorrectly selected ticket variant, etc.).

13. Do I have to show my ID when buying a reduced ticket?

When purchasing a reduced ticket, you are required to present a document entitling you to the discount when entering the exhibition.

14. Is the large family card accepted at the exhibition?

The exhibition accepts large family cards, and with this card you can purchase a reduced ticket.

15. Is there an option to leave during the exhibition and then return?

The entry ticket is single-use.

18. Can I take photos or record videos at the exhibition? 

Photographing and filming the exhibition is prohibited.

19. Can event tickets run out?

Yes, the number of tickets is limited.

20. Should I wear a mask while visiting the exhibition? 

Yes, you must cover your nose and mouth while visiting the exhibition. Hand disinfectants available on site. The exhibition is held in accordance with current epidemic guidelines.
